“Mary's Flower”, an abstract collage art piece that took 20 hours to create. I love creating nature collage art. (Sold)

“Dotted Leaves” may look like peas in a pod, but look closer and you'll see that these are leaves. (Sold)

“Nature's Geometric” is one of my favorite abstract collage art pieces that I have created.

“Wild Flowers” actually is a 3-D collage art piece. There are two layers of different kinds of thick paper for the flowers. The flower centers also have two layers of different kinds of paper. The centers are black velvet paper.

“Speckled Flowers”, why not create an collage art piece that is really different? This piece was auctioned off in a raffle for the MaOAS 2006 event.

“True Blue Tree” was a challenging collage art piece for me. Textured paper was added to the background for this collage art piece. I used my Aladdin Rainbow read/write machine to magnify enough to be able to see to cut the black cardboard leaf halves on angles to resemble the veins in the leaves. I also use special lighting to create my collage art pieces.

“Peace in the Woods” was an oil painting that I created and collaged the outer edge of this art piece. The paper used was from Denmark. This collage art piece sold rather quickly.

“A Ton of Time” is a fun collage art piece I created using various collage papers cut into very small pieces. I like creating collage art pieces with bold colored papers. This piece took me 55 hours to create.

“Lilacs in Springtime” art piece is a creation of collage and acrylics laid out to represent a landscape of hills. The lilacs were hand painted and cut individually. The leaves were cut one by one as well. The path is two layers to give some depth to this art piece. The sky was painted with acrylics.

“Copper Leaves” was created as a semi 3-D collage piece. I used cork paper for the leaves to give this art piece depth. As you can guess by now, I enjoy creating collage art of nature.

“So Vein” was inspired by a photograph I took of a very large plant where the focus ws on the veins in the leaves. i used acrylics to paint the subtle background colors. The paper for the vein is heavy and textured for weight. Various green papers finished off this art piece.
